Manhattan Beach Recording
     is a state of the art recording studio located in the heart of Manhattan, New York City. Featuring one of the best acoustically designed live rooms in the world plus “the best recording Piano in New York”, a vintage drum set and superior microphones, Manhattan Beach is the place for your next project.

     The control room is large and comfortable and as close to acoustically sound as you will find. Vintage Neve, API, Focusrite, Summit and Tube Tech Mic Pre's, EQ's and compressors all come with the room. As does an up to date PRO TOOLS system with Apogee converters. 24 Tracks of Analog (Studer 827) and 40 tracks of Tascam DA88 (digital) are also available (and all will lock up if desired).

     But it's the VIBE and the ENGINEERS that really make Manhattan Beach Recording Studios SPECIAL. Chief Engineer/ Owner Danny Lawrence has almost 20 years of experience mixing and recording acoustic instruments, He has recorded and mixed Gold and Platinum Records, TV Themes (like Sex and the City) and music for Motion Pictures. The Multi-Talented Engineer Dan Hopler (who also serves as Studio Manager) is equally at home recording acoustic instruments as he is with all varieties of Pro tools mixing. Assistant, Shin-Wook Kang is a highly efficient up and coming engineer.

     Composer /Owner Jamie Lawrence is a multi-talented writer and instrumentalist who has won 4 Emmy awards. Jamie also serves as CFO of Manhattan Beach.
